FloLogic Releases Results of First Quarter Customer Satisfaction Survey
Raleigh, N.C. FloLogic, the maker of the FloLogic System® is succinctly known as “the circuit breaker for your home plumbing system”®, released the results of its first quarter customer satisfaction survey.
“We are continuously seeking to improve our product,” said Chuck DeSmet, the CEO of FloLogic, “and we listen carefully to the voice of our customers in guiding our innovation.”
Each quarter, FloLogic surveys its customers seeking their opinion and description of their experience with the FloLogic System.
“Our customers responded with detailed written evaluations of our product,” said DeSmet, “and the results were uniformly positive.”
Among the customers who provided detailed written responses were
- A professor emeritus of engineering from NC State University
- A real estate property manager from Sarasota, Florida
- A homeowner from Lititz, Pa.
In each case, the customer described a positive experience in avoiding a loss due to a water pipe failure, and noted how the FloLogic System had detected the leak before the damage occurred.
