FloLogic uses an external service to manage investor relations named Direct Corporate Private Offering Management System. (DCPO). The DCPO portal is designed for the investor wanting to conduct the necessary due diligence on our Company to make an informed decision on an investment.
The Power Point presentation on this page explains how to use the DCPO system. At the end of the Power Point presentation, you will find all of the necessary information and forms needed to request authorization to enter Level One of the DCPO site.
For Reg. D investors, please begin your process on Level One wherein you will find basic information for your review. If you would like to continue and see more detailed information, including the Business Plan and the Private Placement Memorandum, simply request authorization to enter Level Two of the site.
For commercial finance and lending companies once you have reviewed the documents on Level One, you will need to request authorization to enter Level Three, wherein we have the relevant financial documents to complete your review.
